2025 National Symposium on Sexual Behavior of Youth

Your sponsorship of the 2025 National Symposium on Sexual Behavior of Youth will support our bi-annual professional development efforts to better equip professionals and parents to understand and support healthy sexual development and to identify problematic sexual behavior early and intervene with all children and caregivers impacted.

When you exhibit at the NSSBY, it gives you the opportunity to meet symposium attendees, share your products or services, and build lasting relationships.

Our shared goal with you is to promote healthy relationships and effectively prevent, identify, monitor, educate, and treat problematic sexual behavior of youth.

Exhibitor Regulations:

Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Hotel, its owners or
managers which results from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless NSSBY, the Hotel and each of its respective affiliates and their officers, directors, partners, agents, members, managers and employees (collectively, the "Hotel indemnified parties") from and against any and all demands, claims damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees (collectively "Claims") arising out of or caused by the Exhibitors or its members', agents', employees', independent contractors' negligence in connection with the use of the Hotel property, except to the extent and percentage attributable to the negligence of the Hotel indemnified parties.

Exhibitor's liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor's occupancy and/or use of the exhibition premises, NSSBY and/or the Hotel or any part thereof. The Exhibitor understands that NSSBY and/or the Hotel does not maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Assignment of Space:

Exhibit space assignment will be made by NSSBY.  Space assigned will depend on amount of space requested and availability. NSSBY reserves the right to rearrange the floor plan and to relocate any exhibit at any time prior to the opening of the symposium. Exhibitor is asked to confine materials to the assigned space, regardless of another vacant space. Exhibitors are asked to not leave assigned space vacant, rather keep materials available and restocked throughout event. Distributing material outside of the exhibitor space is not permitted. Exhibitor may not bring in additional tables or chairs to the symposium exhibitor area. Food and beverage is not permitted to be distributed. Candy is acceptable. Audio shall be kept to a level that does not disturb others.
